Acquire valuable consulting experience
With an internship at THERON you will be fully integrated into the consulting process. On-site with our clients and our consultants you will experience a broad range of consulting topics. You will gather vaulable hands-on experience and support your colleagues in their challenging client work. We offer two different programmes, independently from your academic curriculum: - While you are in the last years of your university education you can get to know us as a Visiting Fellow
- If you have already successfully graduated our Visiting Analyst Programme is open for you.
The typical duration of an internship is 8 - 10 weeks. We will agree on a suitable starting date with you. You will of course be granted a competitive compensation with a performance-related bonus on top. Interns who manage to convince us will be offered interesting development opportunities after completing their internship. We will invite you to join our junior consultants in exclusive trainings (e.g. communication training, presentation training) and grant you access to the THERON community.
