Associate Partner Aurangzaib Agha

Aurangzaib Agha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. With a BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and an MBA from London South Bank University, he has successfully led market expansion, joint ventures, and EPC initiatives across power transmission, renewable energy, and industrial sectors.

He began his career in the steel industry before moving into the medium voltage sector, working with all major utilities in Saudi Arabia. Later, Agha joined Siemens Saudi Arabia’s Energy Transmission sector, contributing to grid infrastructure, high-voltage substations, and power transmission projects.

With a strong background in international joint ventures, he played a key role in establishing Hitachi T&D Saudi Arabia, a strategic partnership with Juffali Group, and led the formation of a joint venture with the Chinese company Sinoma, which became a leading EPC company specializing in grid infrastructure, civil works, industrial, and renewable energy projects. Additionally, he led the qualification of international power transformer and high-voltage GIS factories for Siemens Germany and Hitachi Indonesia, ensuring compliance with global standards.

Fluent in English and proficient in basic Arabic, Agha has successfully navigated multinational collaborations and cross-cultural business environments, driving business transformation, cost optimization, and large-scale project execution across Saudi Arabia. With a deep understanding of renewable energy, power transmission, and infrastructure solutions, he remains focused on fostering sustainable growth and innovation in the region.
