Dr. Johannes Neumann has more than 25 years of experience in consulting and managing large-scale enterprises.
His industry experience includes media, insurance, electrical engineering and electronics as well as public services. His focus is on the development of strategies and companies, reorganization, restructuring and cost optimization.
Holding senior management positions in several big corporations he led post merger integrations, restructurings and cost cutting programs. He has extensive experience in development and management of large-scale projects.
Prior to joining THERON Dr. Johannes Neumann spent 20 years as a director respectively direct report to the management board of major enterprises such as Allianz, Gruner+Jahr, Siemens and Talanx.
He started his professional consulting career with McKinsey & Company.
Dr. Johannes Neumann is a fully qualified lawyer and holds a doctor’s degree in law. He is fluent in German and English.
