Experienced finance director as consultant, Project leader, CFO and Equity Provider, mainly for industrial and civil engineering firms in Conventional Energy, Oil & Gas, Renewables, Mining or Industry 4.0 sectors among others. His exposure includes International M&A, Project Finance, Board memberships, audit and consolidation, financial risk management, financial efficiency or optimal financing mix with guarantee and insurance schemes for Clients.
With senior management roles in big corporations, led Joint Ventures incorporation and liquidation, post merger integrations, affiliated companies in foreign countries. Extensive experience in the financial and legal management of large projects.
Prior to joining THERON, Juan Jurado spent 20 years as director with direct report to CEO and / or Board of companies as Tecnicas Reunidas, OHL and Asti Mobile Robotics. He started his professional financial services career with Arthur Andersen.
