In the focus are the topics digitalization / global performance improvement / brand strategies as well as marketing & sales concepts / growth & market entry strategies / innovation, new business fields and digital transformation / R&D roadmaps and product management / controlling & business intelligence.
His industry focus lies on medium-sized high-tech producers, brand manufacturers and postal and logistics companies.
Most recently, Oliver Rahlwes developed and successfully implemented a global strategy and growth program as interim manager and CEO for a medium-sized high-tech company.
In addition to projects in European countries and the USA, he has also gained international experience in Asian markets with a focus on China, besides Japan, Malaysia and Thailand.
After training as a banker, Oliver Rahlwes studied economics in Bochum and Antwerp, majoring in European Economics at the Ruhr University in Bochum.
He speaks German, English, French and has a good basic knowledge of Spanish.
