Dr. Roland Klüber

Roland specializes in innovation, large-scale transformation, and ecosystem strategy, with extensive experience in business model innovation, roadmap development, and implementation. He advises organizations on complex challenges across procurement, supply chain, energy transition, and the circular economy, serving clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, aviation, engineering, and logistics sectors. His expertise is complemented by deep experience in digital transformation and the development of production and logistics infrastructure across manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, and healthcare.

He has delivered numerous international transformation programs focused on engineering and manufacturing restructuring, global supply chain optimization, spare parts logistics, service operations, and renewable energy initiatives. Roland has extensive international project leadership experience delivering projects across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East

Prior to joining Theron, Roland held senior roles with several leading international consulting firms. He also served as Business Development Manager for a European B2B electronic marketplace and as Interim CIO of a global multimodal logistics provider. Throughout his career, he has advised on more than ten corporate and start-up company-building initiatives, supported private equity firms in commercial and operational due diligence, and led multiple joint ventures and M&A transactions.

Roland holds a PhD from the University of Surrey / University of St. Gallen, as well as a Master's degree in Business & Information Systems Engineering from the University of Bamberg. His academic specialization includes Management & Controlling, Industrial Information Systems and Artificial Intelligence, and Business Process Management, Software Engineering and IT Architectures.
