Patrik Norinder
Associate Partner
Patrik helps companies turn complex technology into measurable business value. He combines international management consulting with hands-on operational leadership as part of the management team in both mid-sized companies and global corporations. His core expertise lies in taking early-stage products and services to market, commercial scaling, and financial and operational turnaround. He also has a solid understanding of IT, information systems, and artificial intelligence.
Before joining Theron, Patrik spent a decade as CFO at Poseidon Diving Systems, overseeing the development, production, and worldwide sales of advanced electronically controlled rebreathers and premium diving equipment, leading the turnaround, several funding rounds, and a series of digitalization projects. Earlier, he held international consulting roles at Ericsson Business Consulting, edgecom, and American Management Systems, and founded an IT consulting company. Patrik holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University, with an additional semester at TU Braunschweig.
