Thomas Kingreen

Thomas Kingreen is an entrepreneurially minded strategy and investment consultant with an effective mix of Private Equity, M&A, management consulting and practical industry management experience.

Over the past two decades of his career, he has developed detailed knowledge of the German Mittelstand and real estate markets. His areas of expertise include Identification, evaluation and financing of investment opportunities, transaction management and negotiation, efficiency improvement, as well as restructuring / turnaround of companies in special situations. He advises private equity companies and family offices, as well as management and shareholders of medium-sized industrial companies.

Today his advisory focuses on private equity, family offices, M&A and real estate deals in Germany, including the identification and evaluation of investment opportunities as well as managing and financing the purchase processes. Additionally his long consulting experience covers efficiency improvement projects, restructurings, as well as developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
