Patrik Norinder is a seasoned consultant, CFO, and entrepreneur with a strong engineering foundation and over 25 years of international experience across telecom, IT, and industrial technology sectors. His career spans leadership roles in both start-ups and corporates, often at the intersection of business and complex technology.
He has successfully led development, growth and transformation projects in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, combining financial acumen with deep operational insight. As CFO of Poseidon Diving Systems, he was instrumental in the turnaround of the company, driving process efficiency, implementing digital infrastructure (ERP, e-commerce, mobile platforms), and securing multiple financing rounds. Patrik’s work also includes scaling of IT and consulting firms, running implementation and change programs for telecom operators globally, and developing commercial strategies for emerging technologies like IoT and distributed energy systems.
Patrik thrives in early-stage and innovation-driven environments, often acting as a bridge between technical and commercial teams when developing new products and services.
