Meike Leue

Associate Partner

Meike Leue helps companies design competencies, organizational development, and workforce structures in a way that yields measurable results: higher productivity, greater adaptability, and sustainable performance. Drawing on corporate strategy, she combines results-oriented thinking with a deep understanding of human motivation and behavioral change.

Her work focuses on capability building, corporate learning and development (L&D), organizational performance, and L&D governance. The central question is how companies can identify, highlight, strategically develop, and effectively deploy strategically relevant competencies. A healthy dose of pragmatism plays a major role in this process. A particular focus is on the intelligent allocation of skills and competencies within the workforce: How can an effective balance be achieved between corporate needs, individual motivation, and actual potential?

Before becoming self-employed, she was in charge of the “Learning Center” at Hays AG and developed it into a beacon for the industry. Her many years of sales experience and work in the staffing services sector shape her strong business focus: She understands how performance is achieved under real-world market conditions and why competencies are only relevant if they contribute to concrete results.

In addition to her consulting work, she gives lectures and teaches courses on business development and corporate learning, competency management, learning motivation, skills-based organizations, and AI in learning and development.
